As an expert joining Expertsout.com, you confirm that you are qualified and experienced in educational, research, or academic fields and commit to delivering high-quality services. By agreeing to these terms, experts consent to the following:

1. Full Commitment: Deliver requested services professionally, meeting clients’ expectations in quality and timeliness.

2. Platform Communication: Maintain all client interactions within the platform. Sharing personal contact details such as email, phone, or social media handles will result in account termination.

3. Service Quality and Timeliness: Consistently high ratings from clients are required to maintain listing of your services. Persistent low ratings or repeated complaints may result in account suspension.

4. Pricing and Deadlines: Adhere to agreed-upon pricing and delivery timeframes. Experts must notify the platform if they are unable to fulfill a request, with valid reasons, to avoid order cancellation or account deactivation.

5. Monitoring Orders: Experts are responsible for tracking order status and ensuring immediate service commencement upon client payment.

6. Accuracy of Information: Provide truthful, accurate information upon registration. Any misrepresentation may lead to account deactivation.

7. Professional Standards: Do not alter services or request additional fees after accepting a client order. Ensure no copyrighted, unlawful, or harmful content is provided or uploaded.

Prohibitions for Experts:

• Actions harming the platform, such as sharing virus-infected files or promotional content for other services, are prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Experts are forbidden from requesting personal information from clients, including phone numbers, payment details, or addresses.

Platform Commission Structure

Standard Services:

• A 10% platform commission applies to all standard services. Experts should incorporate this commission into the final price. For instance:

  • If the expert’s base rate is 100 SAR, the price listed on the platform should be 110 SAR (100 SAR base rate + 10% commission).

  • For a 500 SAR service, the platform price should be 550 SAR (500 SAR base rate + 10% commission).

Bank Transfer Fees:

• In addition to the 10% commission, any bank transfer fees for payments are also included in the total price, with fees as follows:

  • Domestic Transfers: 15 SAR

  • International Transfers: 50 SAR

Example:

• For a service priced at 300 SAR:

  • Final client payment would be 330 SAR (300 SAR + 10% commission).

  • For an international payment, if applicable, the final amount would be 380 SAR (300 SAR + 10% commission + 50 SAR international transfer fee).

Client and Tutor Usage Guidelines

For Clients:

• Service Selection and Payment: Students can browse tutor profiles, view courses, and confirm service requests via the platform. Payment is completed through supported methods (e.g., MADA, credit card, Apple Pay).

• Communication: All interactions with tutors must take place on the platform.

• Account Termination: Sharing personal contact information with tutors or violating platform policies may result in account deactivation.

• Service Review and Issues: If the tutor fails to deliver, clients are entitled to a refund and may reach out to site management for order-related concerns.

For Tutors:

• Course Setup: Tutors can register and set course details, hourly or per-course rates, and optional introductory lessons. 

• Service Delivery: All services must be completed to the client’s satisfaction. Failure to meet platform standards, based on student feedback, may lead to account termination.

• Service and Payment Terms: Payments are released post-service delivery, and personal information sharing is strictly prohibited.

General Terms of Service

Clients:

• Communication with tutors must remain on the platform. The platform is not responsible for interactions outside its environment.

• Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing service details before making payments. In cases of dissatisfaction, they may seek a refund if the tutor fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.

Tutors:

• Must not alter accepted orders or request additional fees post-acceptance.

• Recurrent complaints or low ratings may result in suspension.

• Services that contravene legal or ethical standards are prohibited.
